The Horseshoe of Happiness Art Object was opened in Tula on the embankment of the Upa River on September 9 to coincide the City Day. It was installed next to the monument of "Lefty, a Symbol of Working Skill." Horseshoe of Happiness, together with Lefty, is located on the Tula Armory tourist route. The appearance of the new art object is tried to severe in the same style with the surrounding facilities, the proprietary fence of the plant, the bridge, the rotunda, the Tree of Love art object and much more.
