Mound of Glory in Plavsk

The Burial Mound of Glory was constructed in the memory of heroism of Soviet soldiers and officers. The Burial Mound of Glory, built in 1973 on thethe 30-th anniversary of the victory of Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, consists of several monuments. A book with the names of Plavsk citizens who died in the years of the Great Patriotic War is stored in the burial mound niche.
