A new tasty restaurant “Sol” (“Salt”) is a symbiosis of a gastronomic shop and a trendy urban cafe. It is located in the city center, on the ground floor of the “Vertical” business center.
Restaurateur Yekaterina Nechepurnova created the “Sol” project in collaboration with brand chef Alexander Morozov and it is a member of the “Imperator” Guesthouse group of companies.
All products are made with love on a powerful modern base - the spacious professional kitchen of the “Ermitage” residence, with the help of a team of experienced and skilled chefs and confectioners.
