Here are just a few of the highlights of this summer:
1. Griboyedov Spring Festival
A literary festival will be held on the banks of the Don River in honor of the 230th anniversary of Alexander Griboyedov. Creative workshops, poetry readings, performances by amateur artists, and a gastronomic journey into the past are waiting for you - tasting dishes prepared according to ancient recipes.
Here you can also visit the Kurkinsky Museum of Local Lore, the Kulikovo Field and other places that cherish the memory of past years.

3. Interregional literary and song festival "Songs of Bezhin Luga"
A cultural celebration in the village of Cherny, Chernsky district, the land of heroes and talents. The program includes an introduction to noble traditions, where picturesque landscapes will complement folk songs, ditties, dances and theatrical scenes. The festival will end with an open-air night performance. But it is not only the holiday that is of interest, but also the Chernsky district itself. It is here that the very Bezhin meadow, sung by Turgenev, is located. It is also the birthplace of Academician Voznesensky and the place where 12 Heroes of the Soviet Union were born and raised.
4. Oksky Ples — cultural community festival
The event will be held on 07/20/2025 at the address: Suvorovsky district, Chekalin
5. "Gingerbread Day" — All-Russian festival
There are other interesting places nearby, such as the Tula Samovars Museum, the Atrium of the Tula Kremlin, and the Assumption Cathedral.

6. Celebration of the 645th anniversary of the Battle of Kulikovo
