National project "Tourism and the hospitality industry": Tulyaks can show how they see Russia
The Center for Strategic Research, with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, is holding a video contest "Russia through your eyes!" as part of the national project "Tourism and the Hospitality Industry."

Its purpose is to demonstrate the diversity and uniqueness of our country, the richness of culture, attractions and historical heritage.

The participants can be tourists, regions, tour operators and restaurateurs, transport companies and festival organizers.

The authors are responsible for copyright compliance and the use of materials that do not violate the laws of the Russian Federation.

There are 8 nominations available:

  • "From Kaliningrad to Kamchatka" – works demonstrating the beauty and grandeur of Russia's nature;
  • "Cultural Heritage" – reviews of cultural and historical sights of Russia (monuments, museums, traditions and customs);
  • "Discovering Russia" – videos made by foreign citizens describing their travel experiences in Russia;
  • "The Face of the City" – reviews of Russian cities, their history, architecture, cultural life and hospitality of residents;
  • "Peoples of Russia" – presentation of traditions and customs of various peoples of Russia;
  • "Gastronomic traditions" – videos dedicated to the richness and diversity of gastronomy, reviews of culinary traditions, and festive treats;
  • "Bright events" – materials about the largest Russian holidays, festivals and events;
  • "Incredible Russia" – projects that reveal a variety of opportunities for active and sports recreation of unusual types of tourism.

"Tula region is one of the most popular travel destinations in the country. Acting Governor Dmitry Milyaevaims to increase the length of stay of our guests in the region due to the variety of tourist offers. Such initiatives contribute to the formation of an attractive image of the region in the information space and familiarization with its potential," said Larisa Sadova, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Tula Region.

To participate, you must fill out an application on the official website of the contest by August 31 russiagate your eyes.rf and provide a link to the video posted on social media between March 30, 2019 and August 31, 2024.

Technical requirements: duration no more than 60 seconds, video resolution from 720p (HD) and above. If the timekeeping is exceeded, a 60-second version must be made.

The shortlist of the competition will be published on August 31. The results will be summed up on Tourism Day, September 27, at the award ceremony.
