Natura coffee house became the winner in the "Best Coffee House" nomination.90 establishments from 28 regions of Russia competed in the final of the award.
The contestants were evaluated in 18 categories, including "Gastronomy of the Year" and "Best Gourmet Restaurant". Projects from Krasnodar, Magnitogorsk and Rostov-on-Don competed with the Tula brand. The first restaurant of the Presnya Street chain in Moscow was also presented at the competition.
The selection took place in three stages, taking into account guest reviews on various services, the jury's assessment of the concept, menu, interior, quality of dishes and service, as well as checks by secret buyers.
Currently, the coffee shops employ about 150 people. In three years, the network has opened 8 outlets in Tula and Moscow.
Gastrotourism is one of the drivers of the development of the tourism industry. The success of local establishments strengthens the reputation of the Tula region as a hospitable and attractive region.
