The House of the Noble Assembly is an object of cultural heritage of the XIX century, a monument of federal significance. This building of strict architectural forms, located at the intersection of Lenin Avenue and Gogolevskaya Street (formerly Kievskaya and Verkhne-Dvoryanskaya streets) is interesting not only for memorable facts in the history of Tula, but also for modern events.
The beauty of the interiors and interior decoration of the historic building does not leave anyone indifferent. Climbing the ancient grand staircase, which is a masterpiece of cast iron made at the Dugnensky factory in Kaluga province, visitors enter the very "heart" of the Noble Assembly - the famous Pillared Hall. Without a doubt, the Pillared Hall is the most beautiful room in the entire house of the Noble Assembly. As after the opening of the building in 1856, the ceiling is now decorated with excellent stucco, antique chandeliers have been preserved. Twenty powerful-looking columns are actually made of wood - these are hollow cases for wooden pillars carrying choirs.
Visitors to the Noble Assembly house will enjoy a variety of interactive cultural, educational and educational programs. There are regular concert programs for adults and children; literary and musical evenings, the Virtual Concert Hall club, and guided tours with performances by artists of the Tula Philharmonic.
