MBUK "Belevsky Center for the Development of Culture and Tourism"
MBUK "Belevsky Center for the Development of Culture and Tourism"
The Belevsky Center for the Development of Culture and Tourism was founded in May 2015 on the basis of the House of Culture. Residents of the district are engaged in various types of creativity here, folk choirs and ensembles gather, among which the veterans of the folk choir, the famous Kurakovo folklore choir Maryushka and the popular Rus ensemble are deservedly famous. The large concert hall of the Center regularly hosts spectators at festive concerts and creative competitions held in honor of important dates and holidays. Local artists go on tour to neighboring areas, and in response to invitations, creative teams from other cities and regions come here.
In addition, its walls serve as a venue for thematic exhibitions and art evenings. But the event that took place on November 1, 2016, gained special significance when a modern cinema space, a 200–seat 3D cinema, opened on the basis of the Belevsky Center for Culture and Tourism. The implementation of this project was made possible thanks to the financial support of a government program aimed at improving the infrastructure for showing national cinema in small towns of the country with a population of less than 100,000 people.
Modern equipment conforming to the international digital standard DCI allows you to show high-quality films in 2D and 3D formats, providing protection against pirated digital copies of paintings.
