Fedorov's residential house with another wing of the XVIII century

Located at the northeast corner of the quarter of building limited to Lenin Avenue, Pushkin, F. Engels and Kaminsky streets. Represents two-storeyed stone house with L-shape plan with sizes of 14.4х27.0 m. The house is put on a difficult relief, has a noticeable divergence in socle height marks in corners of the main facade. Decorative registration of facades are ordinary. Window openings are noted by niches with archivolts in the second floor. Three windows on the central axis of the second floor are issued by triangular sandrika and subwindow flies. The top of the house is finished by a high and smooth frieze with step eaves of a small profile of section. Walls are painted in two colors. A roof high chetyrekhskatny with dormer-windows of "Veluxe"
