The Industrial History tour is a multimedia installation, all parts of which are interconnected by one scenario, which leads the guest through a chain of images and impressions, while simultaneously telling about the main milestones of the industrialization of the world, Russia and Tula in particular. Guests will find out which invention started the first industrial revolution, how the invention of Andrei Nartov's turning and copying machine influenced technological progress, which machines Tula gunsmiths used, and much more.
It's not just video art that makes visiting the museum fascinating. Russian actors, including Alisa Grebenshchikova, Alexander Baluyev and Irina Pegova, will read out excerpts from the diaries of workers, engineers and writers.
The tour is held daily at 19:00.
