It's a very stylish place, delicious desserts, but the local staff spoils everything. We were driving with my daughter from Tula to an event at the museum. We saw a coffee shop in the parking lot, so I decided to go to the bathroom after the trip and promised my daughter to come in for coffee after the museum if she liked the atmosphere. And yes, it's awesome inside, the desserts are no worse than in any coffee shop in Tula and Moscow, and there are some that I haven't seen in our city. but! They made a rather rude remark to me that this was a toilet for visitors only. "And there's one for you outside." Can you imagine that you will be reprimanded in Bari or the Coffee Shop? I doubt it))) Oh, this mentality of small towns...
In general, of course, this completely discouraged all desire to try how good and not burnt their coffee is and whether their desserts taste so good.
I hope the baristas will be more friendly at the next visit.
