We are the keepers of stories, the continuators of the traditions of artisanal baking. Each of our products is warmed by the warmth of our hands. Getting up early in the morning, we knead, manually knead, shape and bake bread in the oven on a stone hearth in the same way as we did many centuries ago.
When buying our bread, the guests listen to the flavors, and often taste the pastries without leaving the counter. They round their eyes, because our bread brings us back to childhood.
