We drive and laugh, we chew gingerbread. If we are invited to visit at seven, we always arrive at twenty minutes to twenty. We wear Thick hoodies. And each of us has a samovar, a shotgun, and a large trained flea.

We are glad to welcome you to our bar and restaurant, where you can discover the whole local history, people and, above all, tastes. Strong products from the First Blending Plant, food from local farmers and producers, paintings by local artists, interesting urban legends and much more to truly experience yourself in Tula.
We are locals. We have something to be proud of and something to cherish. And right now we are creating a new local tradition - to value our own and to know exactly what is good where we are.
