Translated from Italian, Bottega is a workshop, and therefore the institution paid special attention to manual labor and the artesanal approach.: You can feel it in the decoration and interior items, and in the menu, which features homemade pasta and cheeses from our own cheese shop, located right here, behind the glass.
Bottega Italiana cuisine is the responsibility of brand chef Dmitry Gerashchenko, whose menu includes favorite classics ranging from octopus carpaccio to misto fritto. Predictably, the chef advises to take a closer look at dishes with homemade cheeses; also among the first recommendations are spicy eggplant arabiatta with strachatella, caramelle pasta with trout in a creamy bowl and a stewed shoulder of lamb with spicy tajasses and a hint of jalapeno pepper.
For hot summer days, Bottega Italiana has a spacious veranda with wicker furniture, where it is pleasant to sip a cool Pinot Grigio. And to look at the visitors of the Tula Kremlin, in which, with the advent of the restaurant, another must-visit attraction has been added.
