Objects included in the program:
1) Bogoroditsky Palace-museum and park.
The ensemble was created at the behest of Catherine II for her son Alexei Grigoryevich Bobrinsky. The museum's expositions tell about the life of the owners of the manor, the Counts Bobrinsky, the history of the city, which begins from the end of the 17th century to the beginning of the 19th century, as well as about the work of the creators of the palace and park complex, Ivan Egorovich Starov and Andrei Timofeevich Bolotov.
2) Tula Samovars Museum
Representatives of the House of Romanov have repeatedly visited the Tula Region. Peter I, Catherine II, Alexander I, Nicholas I, Alexander II and Nicholas II were here. The visits of members of the Royal House to Tula and the province have always been an event in provincial life. Such visits were always prepared in advance. And not only the city's leadership, but also ordinary residents. The museum's guests will be able to see the citizens of the early twentieth century, meet with a Tula merchant at the Nizhny Novgorod fair, learn about the traditions of tea drinking in the palace and how the decrees of the emperors influenced the development of industry, in particular, samovar production.
3) The Demidov Historical and Memorial Museum.
The exhibition tells about the development of the iron and weapons industry in Tula, about the first enterprises of Nikita Demidov, who personally knew Tsar Peter I, and about his descendants. A unique monument is the family tomb in the Nikolo-Zaretsky church, in which the first representatives of the family are buried.
