The best cheese of the country was chosen at the festival "Cheese Pir Mir"

Tula cheese maker Alexey Andreev took part in the National competition "The Best cheese of Russia 2021", which was held as part of the Cheese Feast gastronomic festival. The world is on August 28.

Tula cheese maker Alexey AndreevAlexey's cheeses became the winners in the categories of the Best fresh cheese (goat cheese Bonjour) and the Best sheep cheese (Palais de Breby). In total, the Tula cheese maker has won 3 Grand Prix, 5 gold, 1 silver, and 1 bronze medals. The national competition "The Best Cheese of Russia" was held for the fifth time and collected 951 copies of cheese from 163 producers.

On September 12-14, Alexey will take part in the Mondial du Fromage 2021 International cheese salon in Tours, France. Alexey will present his cheeses, as well as some of his colleagues at the cheese competition. The main event will be Alexey's participation in the final of the world championship among fromagers (cheese sommeliers).
