Batashevsky garden
Laid out in the 18th century by industrialists Batashev, the garden was a favorite place for walks in Tula. At the beginning of the 20th century, the Tula Provincial Gazette commented on the garden as follows: "A cheerful place for country walks with shady alleys, with a Tulitsa flowing through the garden in the shape of the letter S...". To this day, the same layout has not been preserved, there were both a Ferris wheel and trenches. After the desolation, the garden was rebuilt, and in its modern form it is ideal for jogging in the shade of trees. There is also a workout area. You can get to the garden by bus, or you can start training in advance and run!
Metallurg Stadium
This Tula stadium was opened in the year of the 10th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War. Back then, there was a football field, running tracks, playgrounds, a tennis court, and even a real parachute tower. In winter, the ice rink was flooded on the football field. The stadium itself is interesting for amateur runners, its length is only 450 meters. But professionals can reach it – through the picturesque Krivoluchye with plaster statues, ancient courtyards, Krivoluchensky park and serious Stalinki. Please note: asphalt is not available everywhere.
