Chefs on Wheels visited Tula

In the new edition of the show, star chefs from Moscow took a walk around the city using the RUSSPASS service, tasted local dishes and prepared their own dishes from farm products.

The star chefs from Moscow continued their gastronomic journey across Russia. This time, the heroes of the issue, Georgy Troyan (chef of the Severyane restaurant, recommended by the Michelin guide) and Anton Kovalkov (chef of the Deep Fried Friends restaurant) parked their food truck right in the center of Tula. The premiere of the second series of the culinary travel show "Chefs on wheels" took place on the pages of the project in VKontakte and Classmates.

In the city of craftsmen, together they visited the main attractions, tried their hand at shooting with a Tula rifle, visited the production of famous traditional gingerbread and even cooked them themselves in the gingerbread shop. In order to evaluate local specialties and explore the local cuisine, the masters of haute cuisine studied cafes, restaurants and one of the gastro quarters of Tula. The chefs managed to taste birch kvass, stuffed rolls and find out which gingerbread is called "jam".

The heroes were helped to find the most interesting places in the city by the travel service for RUSSPASS. After enjoying the Tula flavor, the chefs reflected the spirit of the city in cooking: in Tula, they came up with original dishes from local farm products and presented them on the central square of the city. The winner of the issue is chosen by the residents of the city.
