QR codes and more: new additional restrictions in the Tula region


Tula region is open to tourists. You can enter the territory of the region by all means of transport.Quarantine is not provided for.

There are no special requirements for those entering from regions with a more complex epidemiological situation.

The mask regime remains in public places, pharmacies and medical organizations, in public transport and places where people stay. Shopping malls and shops have the right to refuse to serve visitors without masks. It is required to maintain a social distance of at least 1.5 meters.

From March 3, 2022, the use of QR codes will cease in the Tula region. Together with QR codes, all restrictions on visiting public catering facilities, theaters, museums, as well as concert, entertainment, cultural, entertainment, educational and sports events are lifted.

  • Children are allowed to visit the shopping center unaccompanied by adults. 
  • QR codes are not required when checking into hotels, sanatoriums and recreation centers. 
  • Public transport operates without restrictions. Carsharing services are also available.
  • The main sights of Tula are open, including:
