The main objective of the project is to bring together the best talents to give an impetus to the development of local brands. The winners will take part in large-scale educational workshops and receive support in the implementation of ideas. The author of the best brand concept will receive a cash prize of 700,000 rubles for its promotion. The project is being implemented with the support of a grant from the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives.
Larisa Solomatina, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Tula Region, noted thatat the initiative of Governor Alexey Dyumin, the Made in Tula Region support program for local producers is operating in the region. According to Larisa Solomatina, this event will help designers, content producers, those involved in folk art and the beauty industry to unleash their creative potential and showcase their talents, and gain additional competencies.

The project team provides an opportunity for internship participants to work with leading experts in the field of PR, social media marketing and business to further promote them.
They will attend workshops and lectures by invited experts on topics such as building a brand within the framework of real reality, creating an international project in the field of creative industries, and digital art as a new marketing tool. The project "Russia.Horizons" in the Octave cluster will last until August 29.
