Glorious traditions of Russian sturgeon and sterlet breeding as well as black caviar production are being revived at the “Priokskoye” Fish-Breeding Enterprise. Avter a visit to the enterprise tourists will know everything about the peculiarities of fish breeding, see pools with sturgeon and sterlet, learn how to produce black caviar and how it is prepared for further storage and transportation.
The caviar tasting may be included in the visit program.
Excursions are conducted for organized groups of 13 to 34 persons.
