Two cozy guest houses are located in the center of Epifan, near the historical and ethnographic museum (the museum of Russian merchants):
The mansion in the estate of merchant A.E. Baibakov (for 5 persons).
The mansion in the estate of the bourgeois Sobolevs (for 7 persons).
Each house is furnished in a provincial style of the early XX century and it is perfect for a pleasant stay in the company of family and friends. Gardening area gives you the possibility to have lunch in the fresh air, a cup of tea in the pavilion or a nice walk through the apple garden.
