Building No. 2 of the Synthetic sanatorium is a four-storey building equipped with water supply, heating, and sewerage. On the ground floor there is a dining room, a medical unit. Children can stay for 3 people in a room. Each room has a washbasin, shower rooms and bathrooms on each floor, as well as televisions. The building is designed for children aged 7 to 18 years. The building has a capacity of 150 people.

The sanatorium employs highly qualified medical staff providing services in physiotherapy, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, balneotherapy, massage, physical therapy, nutrition, phytotherapy. The main treatment profiles in the sanatorium are: diseases of the circulatory system, nervous system, musculoskeletal system, endocrine system, respiratory organs.

The sanatorium has a SPA capsule, a sauna with a swimming pool, a salt cave, devices for physiotherapy (laser, magneto, reflex therapy, darsonvalization, electrophoresis of medicinal substances), exposure to paraffin and ozokerite, showers (Charcot, circular, underwater shower massage), therapeutic baths (coniferous, pearl, medicinal), dry carbon dioxide bath, galvanic and vortex baths, inhaler, physical therapy room.

Entertainment programs (themed, dance evenings, concerts by artists of the Tula Regional Philharmonic and children's dance groups) are held daily, excursions to the Yasnaya Polyana Museum estate, the Tolstoy Necropolis, the confectionery factory for the production of Tula gingerbread, the Museum of Weapons, the Museum of Samovars and the Museum of Antiquities of the Tula region are organized.

A 10-minute walk from the Synthetic sanatorium is the Yubileyny Sports House, an ideal place for training, competitions, championships, and sports camps, which is equipped with the following sports facilities:
