Simple, tasty, and healthy Russian food that one may take home or eat on the spot. The basis of the menu consists of branded kalaches "Mark and Leo" of whole-grain flour with fillings for every taste: duck stew, roast beef, baked vegetables, catfish, and even Camembert cheese. Moreover, we cook soups, pelmeni, vareniki, and pies. The Kalach Bakery cooks its own meals only with ingredients from local farmers or small households. The cafe does not use white refined sugar, as well as refined oils. Everything is cooked in cold-pressed oil, kalaches are baked of natural flour ground in a mill with stone grindstones, the grain is grown in Tula Region by organic farming methods.
