On the fringe of the Karachevsky forest, namely off its northern side, not far from the road to the urban locality of Yepifan, there is a memorial dedicated to the Russian warriors. It was opened on 9 May 1975. Its side surfaces of the monument are engraved with last names of the warriors who had served in the Rifle Regiment 1086 of the Rifle Division 323.

The Memorial includes an eternal flame, a stele on the bed of honor, the Fallen Warrior Memorial, some Great Patriotic War weapons, T-55 tanks, the Heroes’ Vista, a chapel dedicated to Saint George, the Monument to the Warriors Fallen in Chechnya and Afghanistan, and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
