Tula Hotel

Hotel Tula was built in early 1960s along with Tula State University. It had been finished before the neighboring Three Bayonets Memorial Complex. Top-level service was characteristic of the hotel in the Soviet Union and remains so today. Modern rooms and facilities meet the requirements of the most demanding guests.

Hotel Tula has 45 rooms accommodating up to 120 guests. There are several categories to choose from:

Hotel Tula is situated in the southern part of the city. The sights nearest to the hotel are Ploshchad Pobedy and the Three Bayonets Memorial Complex.

If you start down Lenina Avenue, you will see:

• Monument to the Tail — students’ good luck charm shaped as a cute bronze dragon holding a student’s record book,
• Monument to Leo Tolstoy surrounded by a pocket park with fountains,
• public space Likerka Loft with stylish restaurants, shops, and the Hermitage theater,
• Belousov Central Park of Culture and Recreation with an area of 143 ha with rides, rentals, an exotarium etc.

Right across the street from the hotel is the Dobrodei Craft Yard, where you can learn about Tula crafts and take part in workshops.

Transport

The hotel is located on the main city street at 96 Lenina Avenue, Tula. From here it is easy to get to anywhere in Tula by share taxi, bus, trolleybus, or tram. Besides, the building next to the hotel is the city bus station, from which guests can travel to sightsee in smaller towns of Tula Region.
