We love what we do and believe that we make the world a better place by offering our guests delicious and fresh food. We cook in front of you exclusively of natural ingredients and we use meat that has never been frozen.
Products, recipes, and owners of the "Lepim & Varim" (Shape & Cook) Cafe are of exclusively Russian production. Our pelmeni consists of 50% dough, 50% minced meat, and 100% love.
And we are proud of each of them, regardless of the color of the dough! Come and try what dumplings may be like!
