The wine bar with a show kitchen and a wine list containing three dozen wines served in glasses (from 170 rubles for a glass) and a hundred wines served in bottles from all over the world. We have an insolent menu and the best josper in the city, in which we char-grill alternative cut steaks, fresh fish, langoustines, and Texas-style brisket.
We use seasonal products for cooking, purchase meat from farmers and wine from trusted suppliers. We strongly encourage hedonism in meals; we do believe that a glass of wine at lunch is a sign of good manners and a glass of wine at dinner with friends is a system-forming element.
