"The monument was erected in 1995 in honor of the 50th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. The memorial complex includes a sculptural composition: concrete bayonets, figures of a soldier and two birds made of metal, a retaining wall faced with granite plates, with the metal inscription "To inhabitants of Tula who went to immortality".
