Belousov Central Park of Culture and Recreation is a delightful man-made monument to nature in the center of Tula!

It is difficult to imagine that for a very long time, here was the most unsightly place in our city. Therefore, all residents of the city are grateful to the outstanding sanitary doctor of the Russian Empire, P.P.Belousov, for turning the dump into a blooming Paradise!

Now, all year round, one may see young Tula mothers walking with strollers or rolling already grown-up children on carousels.

Central Park of Culture and Recreation is the most family-friendly place in the city of masters!

In 2014, the wife of Governor Gruzdev presented the park and all young Tula citizens with an unusual sculpture addressed to this beautiful Institute. So the composition "Swan Lake" appeared on the central alley of the park. The bronze swan-mother and her six small swan-children have fit into the overall concept and mood of these locations. Everyone loves the composition "Swan Lake" because such lovely family pictures may be taken against the background of these cute birds!
