Residential house N.A. Lalin, XVIII c.

It is located near the south-west corner of a manor’s area and presents a 2-storey stone dwelling house with mezzanine. The main size of the house of right-angular design with not wide rhizolith in the central axis of the main facade which is complicated with a small 2-storey building with an open terrace on a side south-west facade. The house attracts attention with a big size of mezzanine under the flat double-pitch roof which is located above the main house’s roofing. In the second floor in the central part of the main facade there is a wide balcony the area of which is based on four metal riveted figurate consoles. The balcony array is original with an array made of a simple ornament. In separation walls between the windows and the balcony door semi-columns of the Doric order are set. The decoration details of the main facade are classicistic.
