" It is located on the territory of the oldest city medical institution - in the ambulance hospital named after D. Vanykin, the famous Tula merchant and patron of art (died in 1900) .All his fortune (about 2 million rubles.) was bequeathed to charity goals: orthodox churches, shelters, various city institutions. On March 24, 2012, the consecration of the church in honor of the holy righteous John of Kronstadt, visited Tula on August 27, 1900.
