Palace of culture TOZ

It is located in the south-east of a residential area adjacent to industrial district in the East and limited by Demidovskaya, Liteynaya, Komsomolskaya, and Arsenalnaya streets. Complex in terms of layout, the building is located in the south-eastern part, at the corner of Demidovskaya and Liteynaya streets.There is a distinctive functional division in its dimentional composition , embodied both in the layout and in volumes variation. Constructivists' techniques were used widely in the architecture of facades. The constructuve model of the building with longitudinal brick bearing walls and interfloors of ferroconcrete. The space of the auditorium is obstructed with metal frames. For a long time the building has been one of the most prominent objects of both culture and education in the city structure.
