The Babaev Mansion, end of XVIII - beg. of XIX c.

It is located on the northwestern side of the residential quarter bounded by Octyabr'skaya, Liteynaya, Demidovskaya and Arsenal'naya Streets. It is a one-storey stone dwelling house with a mezzanine on the central grid line and a rectangular plan. On the yard faсade side, there is a large wooden shed-type outbuilding along the entire length of the rear facade. Plan dimensions make up 22.0x10.1 m. The decor of the main facade is minimal: window openings are marked by frame architraves and outlined with cutouts and a number of panels under windows; the top is marked with a cornice of a small profile.
