The house in which lived a firearms designer, doctor of technical sciences F.V.Tokarev

It is located in the northern corner of the building block, bordered by the streets of Pervomayskaya, M.Torez, Zhavoronkov and Lenina. It is a large residential house, the plan of which is inscribed in the corner of the block. The central part of the house is five stories high, the side roofs are four stories high. In the first floor there are shops. In the decorative design of the facades were used the classic elements of the order architecture typical of the Soviet architecture of the 1950s. Most of the balconies on the street facades are closed by amateur vitrages.
