The only preserved wooden water collection booth in Tula. It was saved by activists, restored and moved to the territory of the Museum of Local Lore. Historically, such booths have been used to sell and distribute water to citizens. A caretaker lived inside, and water meters for water release and a pressure monitoring device were installed from the equipment.
