Square of Heroes-residents of Tula

The Square was opened in 1967 by the fiftieth anniversary of the October revolution. In the square there is On the memorial wall the 66 names of the inhabitants of Tula who died in the period from 1941 to 1945 and were awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union were inscribed. Next to the memorial wall there is the sculpture of Mother Motherland. There are playground, benches, figured swing with the symbols of wedding – the wedding rings.
