Residential house I. Kobylin, XVIII century

It is located at the south-eastern corner of the residential area bounded by Oktyabrskaya, Lunacharskogo, Demidovskaya, and Liteynaya. This is a moderate two-storied stone dwelling house with a rectangular layout and a hip iron roof, on which chimneys with tin upper parts were restored. The central axis of the main fa?ade is emphasized by a narrow (one window axis wide) projection crowned with an attic. Here is settled an entrance into the building with a modern stylized porch. Facades are adorned with simple eclectic decorations. A high base is reveted with limestone blocks. At the north-eastern corner the gate into the courtyard has remained.
