T. Plahov's house, XVIII c.

It is located near the south-eastern corner of the residential area bounded by Oktyabrskaya, Lunacharskogo, Demidovskaya, and Liteynaya streets. This is a moderate two-storied stone dwelling house with an L-shaped layout and a hip iron roof. At the south-eastern corner there is a gate into a neighbouring estate. The walls are plastered and painted. There are few decorations on the facades. A high base reveted with limestone blocks. The ground floor walls with imitation of masonry are separated with a narrow interstorey cornice. The upper part is finished with a high profiled cornice. The upper floor windows are underlined with profiled drawn casings.
