Oktava Creative Industrial Cluster

The creative industrial cluster «Oktava» is an artistic space in the centre of Tula. Based on an eponymous factory it was opened with the support of private investor Mikhail Shelkov in April 2018.

Here you can enjoy a delicious coffee, go to an exhibition, concert, master class or lecture, and learn more about the industrial history of Tula and Russia in the multimedia Machine Tool Museum.
